First, we dismantle and clean the HVAC unit by Removing the blower equipment and pressure washing the blower wheel and housing Vacuuming and oiling the engine.

Our HVAC Process
- Wet cleaning the cooling coil and drain pan.
- Cleaning the heat exchanger.
- Vacuuming the insides of the unit.
Then we Attach a hose to the ductwork at the chamber, this hose runs intent on our Power vac Truck which is able to take away all the junk from the duct system and your home while we tend to clean.
Brush scrubbing each the provision and come back ducts from within the house back towards the chamber. This releases all the particulate like mud and mould that’s on the duct walls.
Air cleansing the supply and return ducts from inside the house back towards the chamber to help push all the rubbish downstream towards the chamber and out to the truck.
Finally Reinstall all supply diffusers and return grills.
Seal any access openings and make sure all exposed duct connections are fitted properly For the system with an Environmental Protection Agency registered duct sanitizer and deodorizer.
Replace the one-inch filters with high efficiency disposable pleated filters and check all exposed duct work to form sure there are not any loose ducts if we find any we’ll reattach them.
